DESCRIPTION:Join WQPT for a special Virtual Trivia Night with a Hemingway Theme!\nWQPT-PBS is hosting a virtual Hemingway-themed trivia night on Friday\, April 9th beginning at 7:00pm to celebrate the release of Ken Burns’ HEMINGWAY on the PBS Video App (beginning Monday\, April 5th).\nThe multiple-choice questions for this virtual trivia night will cover much more than just Ernest Hemingway\, though! Each round will have a theme related to things like Hemingway’s life\, times\, and literary themes. For example\, Hemingway traveled extensively throughout his life\, so a round may be themed\, “World Travel.”\n100% of the event’s $10 registration fee will go towards WQPT’s literacy outreach efforts – such as the First Book Program (which provides free books to more than 1\,200 Quad City area children from low-income families).\nNumerous prizes will be given away throughout the night\, so gather your family and get ready to show off your knowledge!
