SUMMARY:Autumn on Parade
DESCRIPTION:The ever-popular Autumn on Parade Festival is held the first weekend of October and is a volunteer-based organization. In 1970\, the first Autumn parade festival opened with seven booths lined up on Third Street on a rainy day.
