Following the Governor’s annual budget address, House Minority Leader Tony McCombie stood alongside Republican budgeteers to share their views on the speech. Governor Pritzker’s budget proposal includes a 4.5% increase in spending, $2.8 billion dedicated to migrants, and tax increases on Ilinois businesses.
