On National Miners Day, House Minority Leader Tony McCombie is recognizing the hard-working men and women who have dedicated their lives to the vital industry of mining.
“Today is a special day of recognition and celebration, to honor the miners who put in the work, sometimes even dangerous work, to keep our world running,” said Leader McCombie. “I want to send a special thank you to miners across Illinois for that essential work, and for all that they do!”
