Rep. Tony McCombie was honored to attend the “Rising Up Against Sexual Abuse” Luncheon on Friday, October 12 hosted by Family Resources. The luncheon in the Quad-Cities was to support survivors. William Kellibrew addressed the audience about his experience with sexual assault and violence.
