Rep. McCombie honored the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. while celebrating the life the legacy of Martin Luther King JR with community leaders of today at the MLK Center in Rock Island. The keynote address was given by Pastor Darryl Keith Thompson. Congratulations to the 2019 “I Have a Dream” Award Recipient, Brandy Donaldson.
