Wednesday, December 11

Rep. McCombie visited East Moline with the Optimist Club and heard a program on Girls on the Run (Girls empowerment group).
Meeting with Alternatives (Independence for you) to catch up with Director Wieman.
Met with Unity Point to meet the new President and CEO, Bob Erickson, and hear from their senior staff on legislation concerns in 2020. 
We got “festive” and joined the Moline Township staff and seniors for their holiday lunch! 
Quick trip to Rock Falls to join the Chamber in congratulating the Stahr family on their expansion of Stahr Media (great creative space on 2nd St).

Thursday, December 12

Rep. McCombie met with Highland Community College Trustees and senior staff about a few concerns and their exciting plans to increase enrollment.
Rep. McCombie and Legislative Assistant, Liz Buckwalter, visited Carry On Range in Rock Falls.
