Rep. McCombie & Rep. Dan Swanson present Illinois Sportsman Caucus Grant of $500 to the Prophetstown’s Trap Shooting Team. A group of 8th-12th grade boys and girls from both Prophetstown and Erie School Districts. The primary objectives is to teach trap shooting disciplines, while concentrating on safety and marksmanship within a fun team environment. Trap shooting is one of the fastest growing high school sports and we are proud to be a part of that movement in the 71st District.

Mike Halpin recorded a show for “The Cities” which will air ‪Thursday, January 2 through Monday, January 6.‬ “The Cities” airs on WQPT-TV (Channel 24 and Mediacom Channel 10) Thursdays ‪at 7 p.m.‬ and has an encore broadcast ‪at 4 p.m.‬ Sundays and ‪6 p.m.‬ Mondays.
