The Spring Session of the Illinois House continues its march toward a March 27 deadline to pass bills out of committee. Rep. Tony McCombie (right) consulting with Rep. Norine Hammond (left) on legislative issues coming before the Illinois House on Tuesday. The Illinois House held Session on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this past week.
