Many of the over 6,000 dentists in the Illinois State Dental Society have reserved appointment times in their offices throughout the month of November to provide services to Illinois veterans.
Under the Illinois Dentists Salute initiative, participating dentists will provide critically needed dental services for the men and women who have served in any branch of the armed forces at no cost. Illinois veterans are eligible to receive no-cost treatment at participating dental offices and dentists, according to a news release, will determine priority treatment for the veteran patient.
