Just across the river, Governor Kim Reynolds of Iowa is taking strides in lifting the tax burden on her citizens. Here in Illinois, we have been wasting valuable time and effort dealing with an overreaching, out-of-touch governor who is more concerned about “ruling” Illinois families. We continue to ignore the structural reforms needed to once again make Illinois a destination. If we can make these changes, we start growing Illinois, instead of destroying Illinois.
