House Minority Leader Tony McCombie is launching additional traveling office hours around the 89th District. McCombie has hosted regular events like this to help accommodate constituents across the 89th legislative district, which includes all of Carroll & Jo Daviess counties, as well as parts of Stephenson, Winnebago, Boone, Ogle, and DeKalb counties.
“Our next round of office hours is a continuation of my office’s efforts to help area residents with questions or concerns about state government or state agencies,” said McCombie. “I encourage anyone who is in need of assistance to stop by when we are in your area!”
Reaching every corner of her legislative district remains a priority for Leader McCombie, and she encourages area residents to stop by the upcoming events:
- November 21st in Lena: 1:30 – 2:30pm, 122 E. Main Street
- December 8th in Oregon: 10:00-11:00pm, 115 N. 3rd St
- December 8th in Byron: 12:00—1:00pm, 232 W. 2nd Street
- December 8th in Stillman Valley: 1:30—2:30pm, 120 N. Walnut St
Leader McCombie recently launched a winter clothing drive to help those in need stay warm this season. The office will be collecting items at the above events; if you have new or gently used winter gear like coats, hats, or gloves, please consider bringing them by any of the above events.
