The Illinois Arts Council is coming to the 89th District to assist and answer questions about their General Operating Support Grant and Youth Employment in the Arts Grant Applications that is currently open. There will be two opportunities the first in Galena and the second in DeKalb. The events are free, but registration is required for the upcoming in-person presentations:
