House Minority Leader Tony McCombie’s 89th Legislative District includes all of Carroll and Jo Daviess counties, as well as parts of Stephenson, Winnebago, Boone, Ogle, and DeKalb counties. She recently visited several stops in the area including a family farm in Byron, the Byron Forest Preserve District, downtown Byron, and Jay’s Drive-In in Oregon!
