Illinois House Minority Leader Tony McCombie continues to host office hours throughout her 89th District to accommodate residents she represents in Carroll and Jo Daviess counties as well as portions of: Boone, DeKalb, Ogle, Stephenson, and Winnebago. Her next round of office hours will begin this month on November 21st.
“Traveling office hours are a continuing effort to reach residents throughout the 89th District,” said Leader McCombie. “It is important that our office is accessible to all who need help navigating state services.”
McCombie encourages area residents to stop by one of the upcoming opportunities to ask questions about state agencies, pending legislation, or local concerns. The events will be held:
- Thursday, November 21st: 11:00am – 1:00pm at the Lanark Public Library, 111 S. Broad Street
- Tuesday, November 26th: 11:00am—12:30pm at the East Dubuque District Library, 122 Wisconsin Avenue
The Lanark office hours will take place during Leader McCombie’s Free Utility Bill Clinic; the free event will help residents spot unnecessary charges on their natural gas, electric and phone bills, learn about energy efficiency programs, and discover options to access solar.
For questions about the upcoming events, residents can contact Leader McCombie’s office at (815) 291-8989.
