Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day: His vision for equality, justice, and peace changed our nation and our world.
To acknowledge this, House Minority Leader Tony McCombie said, “As we think back on his work, we continue to honor the life and legacy of Dr. King. This is one singular day dedicated to him, but beyond that, we must ensure his work lives on through our kindness and actions towards others.”
