Illinois House Minority Leader Tony McCombie recently honored first responders for their exceptional efforts in the community.
Last week Leader McCombie presented members of the Polo Police Department with a special Certificate of Recognition for saving a disabled individual from a house fire. They were dispatched to the scene and helped carry the individual out of the flame engulfed home to safety.
It was important for Leader McCombie to recognize their life-saving work and thank them for all that they do. “Thank you to the Polo Police Department for keeping residents safe! Our neighborhoods and the families in them are better off with your selfless service,” said McCombie.
