On February 12th, 1809, President Abraham Lincoln was born. President Lincoln made a lasting impact on the State of Illinois, his home state, and his legacy continues to live on. Today on his birthday, House Republican Leader Tony McCombie is recognizing the impact the 16th President continues to have:
