This week brought a number of events to the Capitol, including the annual Illinois Gun Owners Lobby Day, which House Minority Leader Tony McCombie spoke at to help rally for law-abiding gun owners. The Leader also attended the 32nd Annual Fallen Firefighter Memorial to honor those killed in the line of duty. She also welcomed a special guest, a local pastor from her District who said the morning prayer before legislative session Wednesday–and met with the Consulate General of Great Britain in her Capitol Office.
