McCombie Congratulates Local Track Star

House Minority Leader Tony McCombie spoke on the House Floor to recognize a local track star from her 89th District. McCombie congratulated West Carroll’s Emma Randecker on breaking two state records and winning three titles at the Illinois High School Sports Association’s state meet this past weekend.
