This week, Illinois House Minority Leader Tony McCombie was honored with the Paul Harris Award by the Savanna Rotary Club. The award, named after Rotary Founder Paul Harris, is a significant recognition within Rotary International and acknowledges individuals who make substantial contributions to The Rotary Foundation.
McCombie enjoyed meeting and celebrating with the Savanna Rotary in person–especially after a busy spring legislative session.
“I want to thank the rotary for this incredible honor,” said McCombie. “Now that legislative session has adjourned, I am looking forward to spending time in and around the 89th District and this was a great kick-off to what I know will be a productive summer.”
