To honor public safety servants and remember the events of September 11, 2001, the Office of the House Minority Leader attended the annual Blue Mass in Shannon.
Since 2002, the Blue Mass has been a tradition of the St. Wendelin Knights of Columbus council #12841 and Shannon Community and serves twofold: to remember the fallen and honor those that continue to dedicate their lives to provide greater public safety to the community and beyond. It’s a reminder of the lives lost on the horrific attacks on 9/11 – those that will never be forgotten.
