Illinois Soybean Association’s LEAD Program: Apply Now!

The Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) is now accepting applications for the next class of its LEAD (Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development) program.

Designed to strengthen leadership skills and deepen participants’ understanding of the soybean industry, LEAD offers three pathways for college students, emerging professionals and experienced advocates.

The program features interactive learning, networking opportunities, recognition and travel experiences. Anyone passionate about agriculture and the future of the soybean industry is encouraged to apply.

Applications are due July 31, 2026.
