FREE DMV & IPASS Event Coming August 11

House Minority Leader Tony McCombie is inviting residents to attend an upcoming mobile DMV Event hosted alongside Byron Mayor John Rickard. The event is offered by the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office and brings several services of the DMV right to constituents; services offered at the event will include renewals of Driver’s License, State ID Card, REAL ID, License Plate Stickers, and more:

Tuesday, August 11

10:00am-2:00pm

Byron Public Library, 100 S Washington Street

In addition to DMV services, I-PASS services will also be offered at the event. Residents can receive free I-PASS sticker tags for every passenger vehicle trade in transponder.

“The goal of this event is to help make the DMV process as easy and efficient as possible for local residents – this is a one-stop shop to get it all done in one trip,” said McCombie.

While walk-ins are welcome for I-PASS services, RSVPs are required for DMV services. The RSVP form can be accessed on RepMcCombie.com.

With questions, constituents can contact the Representative’s District Office at 815-291-8989.
