Rep. Tony McCombie joined area legislators in presenting a “State of the State” update at Friendship Manor in Rock Island last week. The legislators discussed their first term budget experiences, pension reform and Senate Bill 3093, which verified the property tax exemption laws for those residing at Friendship Manor.
