Great day visiting Erie with Senator Anderson! We checked out the upgrades to the High School and the Middle School and spoke to the 7th, 8th and High School Students. Thank you Mr Orman, Mr McConnell, Mr Milem and the Erie Team for your hospitality. Rep. McCombie was so proud of how engaged and informed the students were with process and how respectfully they all carried on conversations! Way to go Erie!

Wednesday, February 12- Lincoln’s Birthday

Rep. McCombie had the opportunity to join WQPT’s Mike Carton as he taught coding at Earl Hansen Elementary School in Rock Island.

Thursday, February 13

Today Rep. McCombie was invited to hear Mayor Freeman of East Moline give his State of the City at the East Moline-Silvis Rotary Club. Lunched with fellow Mayors from Moline, Rock Island and Bettendorf! The meeting took place at The Bend Events Center… the service, food and venue was awesome! If you have not had a chance to check the new development in East Moline….DO IT!!
Celebrating 70 years with Children’s Therapy Center Toured their facility, Visited about funding, and concerns of the state and how it affects their clients. https://www.ctcqc.org/

Friday, February 14- Valentine’s Day

Rep. McCombie and Rep. Dan Swanson joined more than 200 of their constituents from Whiteside and Henry Counties in attending the fish fry at the Hoopole American Legion.
