A Behavior-Based Approach
Acts of targeted violence against houses of worship are a real—and potentially growing—problem in the United States and a top priority for Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul. The U.S. Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center (NTAC) for more than 20 years has conducted research on the thinking and behaviors of those who commit acts of targeted violence, in an effort to prevent future acts from occurring. These attacks have impacted communities in the places that we live our daily lives, including houses of worship.

This is NOT active shooter response training.
