Run the Rock 5K/10K Race and American’s Kids Run

4-7 p.m. on Friday, May 20 at the Lock and Dam Lounge (Building 60 on the Arsenal)

Race Day Registration:
6:30-8 a.m. at Memorial Field and it is cash or check only.

Starting times
9 a.m. – 100 yd dash, 1/2 mile
9:15 a.m. – 1 mile & 2 miles
10 a.m. – 5K & 10K (following the kids races)
