Illinois Arts Council In-Person Session

The Illinois Arts Council is coming to the 89th District to assist and answer questions about their General Operating Support Grant and Youth Employment in the Arts Grant Applications that is currently open. There will be an opportunity to attend a session in DeKalb. This event is free, but registration is required for the upcoming in-person presentations.
