Mt. Carroll Community Halloween Celebration

New this year, the parade will be indoors at the Davis Center around the walking track in the gymnasium. Line up at 5:15pm and the parade will begin at 5:30pm. Show off those costumes and enjoy the parade without a coat this year!

The FREE Kids Meal, sponsored by Shaw’s Marketplace, will be held in the event room at the DCC immediately following the parade until 6pm. Children will be provided a hot dog, chips and a drink.
