Family Friendly 5K. Perfect for runners, walkers (strollers allowed), teams and individuals. All funds from this event go directly to services NAMI Sauk Area provides. The goal of the 5K is not only fundraising but to assist our group in raising awareness of the support families need when dealing with a loved one or friend who is living with a mental illness.
