River Cities Rotary Club, River clean up

River Cities Rotary Club, in cooperation with The Mississippi River Runs Through US Rotary Club, is sponsoring a Mississippi River shoreline and runoff area clean up and debris tracking event.

To participate:

• Get a partner or small group and chose one of four launch points:
  • Rotary Park, 224 S. Main St., Port Bryon
  • River’s Edge Park, 500 3rd St. South, Cordova
  • Schuler’s Shady Grove boat ramp in Rapids City
  • Albany municipal ramp – Albany
• Decide if you are going to track the debris you find
• Gather gloves, boots, grabbers, an optional life jacket, drinking water (reusable container) and COVID-19 mask
• Come to event at your chosen location
